Acctually not really. My truck averages 18 mpg city and roughly 20 to 22 highway. So if you think about it my truck can carry it's own weight on a trailer and still get excelent fuel mileage.
The joke is between me and a few of my friends. We all brag who can haul more or tow more and such. Since my truck is diesel powered I win in both areas, mpg and towing.
My diesel can also run on cheaper bio fuel then any gas job. When you can get a Honda civic to run on vegetable oil then they can talk trash about my truck.
